Fat Tone Guitars wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your new guitar or amp, please notify us within 48 hours and we will return your payment as soon as the item is returned to Fat Tone Guitars, less any shipping charges. The item must be in the same condition as sent, with the same container and packing material. Refund will be applied, less shipping charges; in the same manner that payment was made. In addition, a faxed, legible copy of the shipment document must be included for insurance purposes.  Failure to observe these conditions may result in loss of refund. A restocking fee of 5% may be applied to any return.

Unfortunately, we are not able to extend returns for pre-owned or vintage items.  Thank you for your understanding.
